What an experience! Overlooking the Shibuya scramble the smell of grill meats just fulfills the restaurant. The staff is attentive and quick to serve drinks. The food comes out at a good pace. Every meat is delicious and overall is so filling. Great for a group dinner with friends or a date night. Fantastic spot

Just a fabulous experience from start to finish. The 22 course was some of the freshest, most delicious and often creative sushi we’ve ever eaten. They have a wonderful selection of Japanese sake and the chef was so helpful in finding the right drink for our tastes. Speaking of which, our sushi chef Yoshihito was incredible. Not only did he have a complete mastery of his art form and was a pleasure to watch in action, he was friendly, personable and even gave us recommendations for places to see on our trip. There are other sushi kaiseki dinners in Japan that are far more expensive for far less food, and the freshness of the fish and all ingredients at Sushi Toiro was above and beyond expectations.
