Nihonryori Jyukou
High-class traditional dining in the heart of Ginza, served by an owner-chef with decades of experience in some of the area’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants.
Restaurant Details
This traditional Japanese restaurant in the heart of central Tokyo is the first solo endeavor of Toshikata Nakano, a veteran of the ultra-prestigious Ginza culinary scene. Here you’ll find a shining example of traditional Nihonryori (Japanese cuisine), with course menus featuring a seasonal array of premium vegetables and seafood.
Each ingredient is directly sourced by Chef Nakano himself, and prepared with techniques meant to enhance its natural flavors. The result is deceptively complex dishes like their signature grilled sesame tofu appetizer — a staple across the ever-changing seasonal menus. These are complemented by a well-stocked cellar of wine and sake.
