How do I redeem my e-gift card?

Browse food experiences in Japan and choose an experience. Select a package option (if available), the number of guests, and the date/time. Click “Book Now.” On the checkout page, type in the promotional code and click “Apply” to use the e-gift card.

Can I resell my e-gift card or exchange it for cash?

No, the e-gift card may not be resold or exchanged.

How can I find out the remaining balance of my e-gift card?

When you book an experience using an e-gift card, you will receive an email with your remaining balance. Please keep this for your records.

What if the price of the experience exceeds the balance of the e-gift card?

If the experience price is greater than the value of the gift card, it may be combined with a credit card payment. The credit card payment must be a minimum of 50 Yen.

Can I combine an e-gift card with another coupon code?
