How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
To check if your booking has been confirmed, please log in, click on your profile image in the top right corner, and select “Experience Bookings”. There, you can view your booking summary and status. You can also check your email, if you have received a booking confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking details and meetup address, your booking has been confirmed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder as well.
I have booked an experience but I have not received a confirmation email. What do I do?
Usually, you will receive a reply from the host within one business day but it may take longer for some hosts. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you don’t receive a confirmation email in 3 days, please let us know via contact us page.
How can I cancel a booking, reservation, and claim a refund?
- If you have registered an account:
- Experience bookings: Log in to your account and go to “Experience Bookings.” Find the booking you wish to cancel and click “Cancel this booking.”
- Restaurant reservations: Log in to your account and go to “Restaurant Reservations.” Select the reservation you would like to cancel and click “Cancel this reservation.”
- If you made a booking as a guest (without logging in):
- Experience bookings: Open your booking confirmation email and click the “See Experience Bookings” button, then select “Cancel this booking.”
- Restaurant reservations: Open your booking confirmation email and click “Go to Reservations,” then select “Cancel this reservation.”
