Sushi Komari
Premium nigiri from a veteran of the craft, at his new flagship store in the heart of Akasaka.
Restaurant Details
Located in the quiet backstreets of lively Akasaka, this relatively new sushiya offers a chance to experience premium sushi dining at a reasonable price. Behind the 7-seat counter, owner and chef Satoshi Fukushima puts on an impressive one-man show, drawing upon over 30 years of experience crafting perfectly-balanced nigiri.
During the daytime, he offers two separate menus, with a single omakase (chef’s choice) course in the evenings. All feature a series of seasonally-selected sushi, alongside kaiseki-style side dishes which draw upon Chef Satoshi’s past experience in traditional Nihonryori (Japanese cuisine).
