First time in japan where i can truly enjoy my omakase experience with local chef who can speak English! I got a counter seat in the end even though byfood replied that only table seating is available. Will definitely recommend this restaurant for a true omakase experience in Ginza!

Such an awesome experience! Nobu was so friendly and chatty throughout the course, food was top notch and the Uniki is a must try.

Chef Saisho was amazing. He's friendly and extremely knowledgeable at his craft. He provided a welcoming experience to everyone. There were 3 groups including ours that night. He brought everyone together and before you know it, everyone were chatting like old friends.

We had a wonderful meal and evening at Ginza Saisho. I would highly recommend. It was one of the best meals we had in Japan and tried seafood we had never had before. We had a wonderful conversation with Saisho marveled at each of the dishes presented to us. I would happily go back.

Great service and omakase! Nobuhiko-San was a fantastic and personable chef with so many diverse dishes. Each dish had his own twist and made for a unique experience! The sake was also great and paired nicely with the meal (all chosen by Kei the sake sommelier). Highly recommend for a good time!
