Bringing its Michelin Guide-recognized cuisine from Tokyo, La BOMBANCE on Kouri Island pairs the elegance of high-end Tokyo dining with the relaxed atmosphere of Okinawa.

Restaurant Details

La BOMBANCE is the restaurant in One Suite THE GRAND Hotel and Resort on the beautiful island of Kouri. The head store in Nishi-Azabu Tokyo, which has opened Michelin-star recognized restaurants across the country, now has a location in Okinawa. Owner-chef Shin Okamoto and head chef Shinji Kajiwara bring their extensive culinary experience to La BOMBANCE.

Enjoy the local ingredients of Okinawa prepared in various creative cuisines, from local Okinawan fare, to traditional Japanese food, French, and more. While breakfast and lunch are available to hotel customers, the restaurant is open to the public for dinner. Dining is available at tables and terrace seating. For a more intimate setting, choose the eight-seat counter, where you can watch the chef prepare your food during a special “Sun” or “Moon” Course.
