Nishiazabu Otake
Offering fine kaiseki dining at a reasonable price, enjoy a full omakase (“chef's choice”) course at Nishiazaku Otake, focused on classic Japanese flavors and fresh seasonal ingredients.
Restaurant Details
After ten years of training at the famous Gifu restaurant Takada Hassho, Chef Tatsuya Otake opened his restaurant Nishiazabu Otake in December 2017. He brings his expertise to Nishiazabu, preparing beautiful omakase kaiseki meals.
Each dish highlights the simplicity of the ingredients, to perfectly stimulate all five senses during the meal. The omakase course includes soup, sashimi, a grilled dish, a deep-fried dish, a simmered dish, a main dish, and a dessert. The menu changes seasonally based on available ingredients.
There’s a selection of drinks to pair with the meal, including beer, wine, sake, and shochu. They also offer a special mandarin orange juice from Hisashige Farm in Ehime Prefecture, and premium sencha tea.
