Suzuki-san is a master of his craft. We had a 2 person private seating. Although it was intimidating at first (we are non-japanese speakers and was our first sushi experience in Japan), he an his assistant were very accomodating, making our experience one to remember. Needless to say the sushi and plates were excellent quality and freshness not found elsewhere. The establishment exudes luxury with all the Louis Vuitton figures and excellent quality plates. I will be certainly going back next time we're in Japan.

Our meal here was so amazing. Everything from start to finish was delicious and presented beautifully. It was so fun to watch the chef prepare each course. He was so fun and laughed with us and seemed to enjoy cooking as much as we enjoyed eating the food. We were allowed and even encouraged to take photos of the food. I was nervous about liking the fancy food but it was so nicely prepared with interesting flavors I ate everything and enjoyed the experience. Truly a one of a kind meal worth every penny.

We weren't sure what to expect for our first Michelin Star restaurant. My wife and I are vegan and we knew Daigo was one of the only options we would ever have. Thankfully we are big fans of Shojin Ryori, which meant we were excited. We got there about 30 minutes early and they went ahead and seated us. We had our own private room with a beautiful lit garden outside. We were treated to course after course of delicious food that ranged in texture, temperature, and flavor. It was all fantastic and was finished off with an AMAZING red bean soup. The staff were kind and helpful. They made us feel right at home. If you think you'd enjoy an experience of the world's best Shojin Ryori, then we highly recommend going!
