Osteria Bacco is an Italian restaurant located on a quiet residential street in Niigata City's Chuo Ward. The chef, who was trained in Italy and Tokyo, creates handmade pasta and other dishes. His theme is "simplicity" and he uses seasonal ingredients from Niigata and Italy to create dishes that bring out the best in each ingredient.


The chef puts particular emphasis on pasta, faithfully reproducing the local flavor to allow the customers to feel the depth of Italian cuisine through this simple, yet powerful dish. Hence, you can enjoy handmade Italian cuisine using ingredients from Niigata, a treasure trove of natural products and ingredients.
