What surprised us most was the effort involved—crafting a bowl of ramen is truly an art! Nahoko guided us through every step with patience and expertise. Each of us made a different version—gluten-free, chicken, and vegetarian. We also received a handout with the recipe, making it easy to recreate at home. The final result? Absolutely delicious!
