If you’re hoping to try ramen in Tokyo and you’re a vegetarian, or interested in the plant-based diet, join us for our vegetarian ramen cooking class! Our plant-based ramen is just as hearty and delicious as the meat-based versions, proving that vegetarian food is just as delicious. Enjoy this class with peace of mind, making not just ramen, but also vegetarian gyoza!
In this vegetarian cooking class, our cooking instructor will teach you how to make a delicious vegetarian ramen soup, made without animal ingredients. We will arrange the ramen in our signature “kawaii” style. We will also make kawaii vegetarian gyoza, little parcels of pan-fried dumplings. You will learn how to fold them into perfect packages. Also included in the meal are pickles, dessert, and beverages such as Japanese fruit liquor and matcha tea.
This cooking lesson takes place in our cooking studio in Minami Aoyama, an upscale Tokyo neighborhood. The studio features cooking tools and equipment from top kitchenware makers, comfortable seating, and gorgeous natural light which is perfect for capturing your next Instagram post! Our studio has even hosted Japanese entertainers and been the setting of magazine shoots, so it’s a great environment to spend the day. Come by our beautiful kitchen we’ll make delicious plant-based Japanese food!
