Jump on this Ramen Kitchen: Make Your Own Ramen cooking class experience and you’ll learn how to make a delicious bowl of ramen from broth to toppings. You’ll discover the secret seasoning to a hearty ramen broth, and boil the noodles then shake them out using a traditional tebo noodle straining tool! Meet your host in front of Akafudado supermarket near Nezu Station's Exit 1 (Bunkyo Ward.) Your guide will be waiting with a "Tokyo Ramen Tours" sign. More detailed information and a Google Maps link will be provided upon booking.
Remarks
This experience starts strictly on time. If guests do not arrive at the meeting point by the departure time, the tour will begin regardless, and no refund shall be given.
Please be aware that the ramen contains chicken, pork, and fish.
You won't go through ALL the steps to cook ramen (i.e. preparing the broth), as this would take much longer than just one hour!
