This 3-4 hour lesson takes place in Kunitachi, easily accessible from Shinjuku. Learning to make healthy and delicious miso ramen from scratch is a great experience, and participants will receive clear, easy instructions from a warm and personable instructor. Only high-quality or organic ingredients are used, with no additives or processed foods in the original recipe. You'll also use homemade miso to make the ramen extra flavorful!
The standard option is a delicious chicken ramen. Lessons are flexible and accommodating, offering vegan, vegetarian, halal-friendly and gluten-free options. This experience can accommodate multiple dietary restrictions at a time, so if one member is a vegetarian but the others prefer meat, each person can make their own customized version to suit their dietary needs or preferences.
For the halal-friendly option, vegemite and halal-certified miso and soy sauce are used. A praying space is also available.
Participants will also learn about table setting, creating a perfect photo opportunity. With an adaptable and easy-to-follow recipe, participants will definitely enjoy making this delicious dish again and again back at home.
