If you’re looking for a casual and entertaining Tokyo food experience, this one’s for you. After meeting up with your host, learn about the history of Japan’s favorite noodle dish, from when it was conceptualized to how it became so popular. Then, watch a quick ramen-making demonstration before attempting it yourself.
Each participant can create their ramen bowl by choosing their favorite broth and toppings. The first step is choosing your broth from one of three options: salt, soy-cause, or umakara (spicy broth). Then, guests will boil their noodles and pour broth into their bowl. Finally, they will top off their dish with their favorite ramen toppings.
After all this hard work, it’s time to slurp some noodles!
