It was quite an interesting experience and hands on from making the noodle to cooking it. It was a bit too short in my opinion. But other than that, it was quite fun.

Yuki is such an amazing teacher! We learned how to make multiple izakaya dishes and some of the basics for Japanese cuisine. We got to cook, to eat and to drink a lot of sake 😅 Yuki also gave us some great recommendations for the remainder of our trip. I can't recommend this workshop enough!

Really fun and easy noodle instruction, coupled with tasty spice mixing process. Cooking was also simple with a delicious broth and vegetables. A little mixup with the communication between cafe and byfood, since the cafe did not seem to know we had already paid through byfood. They eventually agreed that we had already paid.
