Bruce and Ling were great, knowledgeable guides! We booked the izakaya and ramen tour and they showed us some great hidden spots we never would have thought to visit, and the food was excellent. Recommend booking a tour at the start of your stay in Fukuoka so they can provide other recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit.

Tremendous experience in Tokyo! Authentic opportunity to enjoy the famous fish market with a local chef. Chat with various vendors and learn about what chefs look for when making their purchases. Nobu shops while we learn and then takes you back to his tiny restaurant and prepares what he just bought - the freshest sushi you’ll ever eat!! Do not miss!!

We had the pleasure of Hiro giving us a tour of the Nishiki Market. Unfortunately we had a tight schedule and Hiro went out of his way to accommodate our timeline. Not only did we learn so much about local cuisine we were also provided several suggestions on tips on other things to do in the area. Hiro is very interesting and a great conversationalist. We will definitely take his evening tour next time we are in Japan. Thanks Again Hiro.
