It was fun and very informative experience with Kaori. She patiently answered all our questions even if not related to what we were cooking. She took us to the grocery store to introduce all the ingredients that was a cherry on the top! She is very responsive in her communications and seems to love what she does. I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in learning vegetarian Japanese cooking.
