The cooking class with Saeko was wonderful. I had vegan Ramen and gyoza and my two companions had pork ramen and gyoza.the instructions and information about the ingredients, particularly sauces , along with tips and tricks meant that we are very comfortable with being able to make these things at home so that they taste authentic. Saeko was very friendly and inviting, gave clear instructions in English, was happy to cater for different diets and answered all our questions. It was a very worthwhile experience.
