From the moment we entered we felt the professionalism. Yu was amazing, great chef making sure to explain the magic behind everything put in the dish. All dishes in the course were delicious. One better than the other. We also got the Fusion option, from the drink menu and it was such an experience. Will be coming back. A5 wagyu was amazing and the creativeness in the dishes too. Thank you Yu and Yakiniku Kappo Note team. Best way to end our Japan trip

The unimposing facade and narrow door will lead you to a culinary haven. Talented young chef does wonders with Wagyu- Japanese beef. The filet and fois gras were incredible! Not to mention the most delicious tomato I have ever had. ( from Shizuoka) an unforgettable experience of original and surprising combinations. Highly recommend!!!

My recent dining experience at Yakiniku Kappo Note was nothing short of extraordinary. The restaurant offers an intimate yet luxurious atmosphere, perfect for any occasion. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality was evident, with the chefs not only being incredibly skilled but also engaging in friendly conversation in English, which enhanced the overall experience.
The highlight, of course, was the food. The courses, featuring the highest-grade wagyu beef, were prepared with meticulous attention to detail, offering a blend of traditional kappo and contemporary yakiniku styles. The food showcased an astonishing variety of dishes, including delicacies like wagyu sashimi and yukhoe-style beef with sea urchin, all presented on beautiful Edo-period tableware. Every bite was a new discovery, with flavors that elevated wagyu to an art form. The chefs' precision and creativity were truly mesmerizing, especially as we sat at the counter, allowing us to witness the entire process up close.
Additionally, the selection of premium sake and wine perfectly complemented the meal, adding to the refined, yet relaxed, dining experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor to Tokyo, Yakiniku Kappo Note is a must-visit destination for an unforgettable culinary journey.
