Join your host, a professional chef and owner of 89 Coffee, and learn about Japanese culture, language, ingredients, cooking techniques and recipes. You'll be instructed on how to make nigiri sushi and how to create an artistic flower sushi roll. You will also make a classic Japanese rolled omelet (tamagoyaki) and miso soup to accompany your meal, which you'll enjoy while soaking in the pristine ocean views at the cafe.
