We loved the class, it was a lot of fun and so educational. Very hands on and the food we made was exceptional. Andrew, Catarina and Shu were fabulous teachers and it was overall a fantastic experience, one of the best things we've done in Tokyo! Thank you so much, highly recommend to folks that want to learn how to make ramen and gyozas ❤️

Really enjoyed making the sushi. The teaching was good. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. However we did feel rushed at the end as they wanted to set up for the next class which started at 12 noon - immediately after our class which was 10-12

Overall great experience, I did it solo and it was a delightful one on one (and a translator) course. I took the class on Christmas and it was a delightful way to enjoy a holiday lunch. You make cute and simple sushi that you can then recreate at home paired with a fresh and crispy tempura medley. A simple and enjoyable learning experience for 2 Japanese classics.
