Guided by well-versed instructors with over a decade of experience in the culinary arts (either as chefs, cooking instructors, or both), you'll also fry crispy tempura to complement your sushi meal.
Your hosts will explain how to create artful pieces of temari sushi that are both appetizing and flavorful. Learn about composition, colors and textures, and make an assortment of five pieces with your preferred toppings, choosing from a variety of fresh ingredients.
Your next dish will be tempura, classic Japanese-style fritters. Your seasoned hosts will teach you the tricks of preparing seasonal vegetables and seafood ingredients with a light, airy batter and frying them to perfection to achieve a tempura worthy of being served at any Japanese restaurant.
