Restaurant Details
Perched 100 meters above ground, Teppanyaki 21CLUB is a teppanyaki restaurant within the Hotel Nakajima Park Sapporo, offering sweeping views of both its namesake park and Sapporo’s snow-dusted skyline. Large picture windows frame stunning, picturesque vistas, with an art deco-style interior designed by Daniel Arnault.
As grand as it can get, the restaurant is designed with privacy in mind, with staff specially trained to handle celebrations. It’s why guests can choose between large and small private rooms and why you might see muted candlelit celebrations for anniversaries on one end of the room while lively cheers for birthdays resonate on the other.
The teppanyaki experience here is a luxurious and modern interpretation, featuring courses of Japanese Black wagyu and premium seafood like abalone and spiny lobster. Everything is cooked in front of you, from the delicate flips to the searing, so the atmosphere is refined but never dull.
Teppanyaki 21CLUB has several course menus, but for the peak celebratory experience, opt for the one featuring Furano wagyu, a prized black-haired wagyu raised in the lush, natural surroundings of Furano.
Bring your partner for a dressed-up date or celebrate your birthday with an exciting yet high-luxe take on teppanyaki. The night is always young at Teppanyaki 21CLUB.
