Are you looking for an interesting evening activity during your Tokyo trip? This is an evening Japanese cooking class in Tokyo, which starts at 5:30 pm and ends at 8:00 pm and can fit perfectly into your schedule after a day of exploring Japan’s capital.
With the guidance of an English-speaking Japanese cooking instructor, you will learn how to make okonomiyaki, the Japanese savory pancake, sometimes called “Japanese pizza.” During this cooking class, you will make the classic Osaka-style okonomiyaki, in which all of the ingredients are mixed together before being cooked.
You will also learn to cook 5 more classic Japanese dishes to enjoy on the side, like Japanese quick pickles, lotus root salad, and yaki-onigiri (grilled onigiri). At the end of the class, you will taste all the dishes for dinner, and enjoy a meal with the rest of your cooking companions.
