Under the guidance of a seasoned sushi chef boasting a combined 10 years plus of sushi-making expertise – you'll craft eight different types of vegan sushi using two kinds of sushi rice.
You’ll use entirely plant-based ingredients that replicate their non-vegan counterparts (like soy meat and tapioca ikura) and give non-vegan ingredients a run for their money. After crafting your edible masterpieces, enjoy your handmade vegan sushi with your classmates and hosts.
