They operate as a four-man team depending on the number of guests, however–due to their close working relationships–they share a common understanding and set of principles among them: to share the art of Japanese cooking and sushi-making with the culinarily curious. With a set of skills this strong, you’re guaranteed to leave with a set of finely-tuned kitchen skills.
