Yakiniku Bou-ya Nippori
Experience yakiniku like no other at Bou-ya in Nippori, a restaurant that buys the entire wagyu cow to serve its diners a specialty beef platter of premium A5-grade quality meats.
Restaurant Details
Part of the 20-year-old brand in Japan, Yakiniku Bou-ya’s Nippori branch marries the electric energy of yakiniku (Japanese barbecue) with the elegance of Japanese cuisine through its unique approach to procuring meat. In order to guarantee nothing short of excellence, Bou-ya buys the entire wagyu cow, not just an isolated part or cut.
With this meticulous approach to yakiniku, Bou-ya’s specialty “Whole Cow” course showcases the finest A5 Japanese Black wagyu. The beef platter presents guests with a diverse range of meat, including lean, red and rare cuts. The beef is cooked to perfection at the diner's table and then eaten with a selection of Bou-ya’s four homemade sauces, rock salt and wasabi.
Adding to its culinary offerings, Bou-ya’s menu includes “Miroka reimen,” a signature cold noodle dish renowned for its chewy, smooth texture. The potato starch and wheat flour noodles are crafted with a secret recipe that harmonizes perfectly with rich soup and house-made kimchi.
The restaurant is located in the charming area of Nippori, a neighborhood known for its traditional grace and modern comforts. Inside is a relaxed atmosphere that welcomes guests into the beloved Japanese experience of yakiniku dining.
