Restaurant Details

No culinary tour of the Land of the Rising Sun is complete without sampling the amazing beef which is produced here. Japanese butchers and cattle farmers have developed one of the best beef cultures in the world, which you can experience in all its glory at Sato Briand.

The name is a pun combining the owner’s name (Sato) with the word “chateaubriand”: the name of a choice piece of meat cut from the center of the tenderloin. They specialize in serving this eponymous cut, as well as a variety of other mouthwatering pieces of quality beef.

Guests here enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with the very highest quality of beef. Favorite dishes include wagyu chateaubriand with rice and plum and a beef cutlet sandwich with beautifully fluffy homemade bread.

The success of this original Sato Briand store has led to the opening of several others in the city, which all uphold the same high standards of quality and comfort.
