Restaurant Details

※ Effective 2022, guests looking to reserve a space at Yakiniku Jumbo Hanare must make reservations through their official site.

In Japanese culture, artisanal crafts are passed down the generations. Such is the case with Yakiniku Jumbo Hanare, one of three stores in a chain that was first established to honor the memory of the current owner’s grandmother, who ran her own yakiniku shop for over 40 years.

Her grandson keeps the family legacy burning strong, serving up amazing Korean style BBQ beef using high-grade black wagyu beef. This third-generation master has devised a menu featuring a range of old favorites alongside left-field additions such as sushi-like beef nigiri.

Over ten different cuts of beef are available. As you order, they will slice the meat, then dip it in their signature sauce before grilling it right in front of you. There’s no better treat for meat-lovers than their large, flat pieces of sirloin marinated in soy sauce.

Reserve the chateaubriand cuts in advance when you book your seat, as these must be cooked for 20 minutes to make them as tender as possible.
