Our ramen cooking course was wonderful. Our teacher Fumi was excellent. We learned so much from her and everything was paced very well. Best of all the ramen was delicious!

Lovely experience, Yoko was lovely in sharing her home and kitchen with us. The lesson was informal and nicely laid out to follow, learnt a few new techniques even as relatively experienced cooks! Highly recommend, easy to organise and Yoko was great. Thanks Yoko!

My boyfriend and I booked this class during our time in Osaka and it was truly exceptional. The class started with the tea ceremony, which was rather short (we arrived 30 minutes late so maybe that’s why). We then proceeded to the sushi making part of the class, which was amazing! We learned how to properly cut different types of fish and how to make the sushi the right way. He then explained to us how to make a ramen with pre-prepared broth that he made prior to the class (he also explains how he did the broth and gave us a written recipe to keep). You then get to eat all the delicious food you prepared, and there’s a lot! The sushi was amazing and the ramen was one of the best we had during our trip. The chef was an interesting person that owns many restaurants. He was extremely kind and even had two special surprises for us at the end! We won’t spoil the surprise in this review😉 We highly recommend this class! We were worried that since it was cheaper than other classes, that it wouldn’t be good but it was amazing 🤩 If I were you, I would book it right away !

Yoko has been the best host and the best Ramen & Gyoza instructor! Thank you for explaining in detail the process of these japonese dishes, and also for giving us a lot of details about the Japonese cuisine in general! We absolutely loved this time spent in your company - and the food was delicious obviously :p
