Your cooking instructor, Yoko-sensei will also teach you how to make a staple side dish that’s available at most ramen restaurants. Gyoza are juicy pan-fried dumplings that are commonly made with pork, but can have numerous other fillings. Yoko is happy to arrange a vegetarian or vegan version, so just ask upon booking!
Besides gyoza and ramen, you’ll learn how to make tamagoyaki, Japanese rolled omelet. Enjoy the meal together, chatting about Japanese cuisine and travel destinations, and finish off the experience with a sweet dessert.
