This was an awesome and fun experience in a wonderful and historic part of Tokyo…. Asakusa. This was a family friendly event with a great lunch. It was a great interactive experience in an intimate setting. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were in this neighborhood the entire day and this was a great break in the middle of the day. The sumo wrestlers put on a great show. Don’t expect a real live match. I would say it was a great exhibition with history and education on the sport. I would highly recommend.

The Sumo Experience was such a fun night, Meal was great and I would highly recommend it.

The Sumo Wrestler Experience was great entertainment from start to finish. The MC set the tone for a night of fun and the wrestlers really connected with the audience as well. All in all a good time.

From start to finish, it was a perfect blend of entertainment, humor, and cultural insight. The sumo wrestlers were not only incredibly strong but also hilarious and engaging—their playful energy kept the entire audience laughing while still teaching us about Japan’s national sport. We learned about sumo traditions, techniques, and even got to witness some impressive demonstrations up close. すごい！(Sugoi! – Amazing!) One of the highlights was the interactive portion, where guests had the chance to step into the ring and challenge a real sumo wrestler! They made sure it was fun and lighthearted, making everyone feel included regardless of skill or strength. 本当に楽しかった！(Hontou ni tanoshikatta! – It was truly fun!) The lunch was equally impressive—delicious ちゃんこ鍋 (chanko nabe), the famous hearty hotpot that sumo wrestlers eat to build strength. The flavors were rich and satisfying, making it a great way to round out the experience. If you’re visiting Tokyo and looking for something unique, fun, and deeply cultural, this experience is a must! とてもおすすめです！(Totemo osusume desu! – Highly recommended!)
