Guided by an expert sushi instructor and friendly staff, you’ll create various types of traditional sushi showcasing Japan’s dedication to seafood. Make the classic nigiri sushi and the “battleship sushi” gunkanmaki with rice, a strip of dried seaweed, and toppings of your choice, put your hand-rolling skills to the test with the bite-sized temari balls and roll cone-shaped temaki sushi to complete the set.
