While sushi is readily available in all shapes and sizes across Japan, few sushi meals are as comforting as the one you make yourself. You’ll taste the difference between store-bought and homemade sushi prepared with fresh fish and vinegared rice. In this experience in Osaka, you’ll learn how to prepare two kinds of sushi (nigiri and maki rolls), prepare a dessert, and whisk matcha. After all the hard work, you can savor your homemade meal while learning more about Japanese culture from your local host.
