但位于涩谷的 Sushi Hajime 的主厨兼总经理 Takahoshi Hiroshi 可不会让人们忘记这一点。当然,他的寿司配料非常新鲜:从丰洲市场的私人供应商直接送到他的并木桥柜台。在那里,他熟练地将这些配料切成片状,然后端上餐桌,制成江户前风味寿司的配料。
