We had an excellent time experiencing the food tour . The guide Miki Yamada was very friendly and gave us a good insight of food culture & traditions of Japan . The food experience was good and the icing on cake was the dessert place she took us . Exploring ginza through the eyes of local was a different experience altogether. Highly recommend it to people who like true travellers want to explore the rich heritage of country.

The All Star Tokyo Food Tour
Food Tours
Naoto was a great guide. My friend and I ended up being the only ones on the tour so it was like we had our own private tour guide. Naoto took us to eat sushi, wagu beef, takoyaki, karaage, and dorayaki. Although the food was good, I was hoping that we got to eat something different that would introduce us to a new Japanese dish/food. One of the restaurants that we went to, Gyu-Kaku, is a chain that we also have in America, which I’ve been to before so I was hoping to eat at a restaurant that I haven’t been to that was unique to Japan. This is why I gave this tour a 4 stars and not 5 stars.

The tour took us to three authentic Japanese restaurants, where we got to try a variety of traditional dishes. Each stop gave us a deeper understanding of Japanese cuisine, and the food was absolutely delicious. What made the experience even better was our guide, Ryo, who was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He shared interesting insights about the food, culture, and cool hidden spots around Ginza. It was the perfect mix of learning, eating, and exploring! Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to dive into authentic Japanese cuisine

Ryo was the perfect guide, having travelled extensively, he is very adept at providing a welcoming experience to foreign guests. He is also very knowledgeable about the local cuisine and was able to provide us with a fun experience showing us some areas that we otherwise would have never known about. We explored multiple underground restaurants with great atmosphere that would have simply been very difficult to find otherwise. Personally, I'm not a big fan of seafood, but Ryo was able to provide a thorough explanation of what each food was, and I was happy to at least try them all.
