The most popular item on the menu at Yuunangii is the rafute. Usually, rafute is made by stewing pork belly in awamori, soy sauce, and sugar; but at Yuunangii, miso is used. The flavor of awamori and miso is quite strong, the meat is very tender, and you can feel that it is carefully cooked.
