Seafood dining in downtown Tokyo’s vibrant entertainment center, with some literal heaps of fresh fish to enjoy.

Restaurant Details

This seafood izakaya is known as a great socializing spot by locals and expats alike. Spread out across two floors, the restaurant is a large and comfortable space with a great atmosphere.

Here you can enjoy dishes like freshly-peeled crab, excellent sushi and sashimi, and a range of other izakaya favorites like simple cabbage and potato salads. One of the highlights is the kappamaki: a cucumber sushi roll topped with pescatarian goodness like sea urchin, crab, tuna, and salmon roe.

On the first floor, they display a range of the fresh fish of the day. It’s not just for show, this appetizing display also serves as a menu! Pick from among the types on show and you can have some cooked up and served fresh to your table.

Uoshin Nogizaka is a fantastic place to try great Japanese seafood in downtown Tokyo, with the entertainment areas of Roppongi and Nishiazabu on your doorstep if you want to keep the party going further.
