Toraya Kochuan
Immerse your senses in nature at Toraya Kouchuan.
Restaurant Details
Located in the lush forested area in the southwest of Tokushima, this high-end kaiseki restaurant sits on the banks of the Sonose River. In the peace and quiet of their private rooms, you’ll be able to hear the waters flowing by outside, and see the trees waving in the breeze.
Nature seems to flow through the space, as it does through the menu. The best of the season’s fish, meat, and vegetables find their way onto the plates here, in dishes such as tiger prawn sashimi, and roasted abalone.
The trip from Tokushima station is well worth it for such idyllic surroundings, and fresh, fantastic kaiseki dining.
