Sushi runs in Head Chef Eiji Nakamura’s blood. Discovering his passion for sushi from a young age in his father’s Nakano sushi restaurant, he honed his skills after graduation at a prestigious sushi restaurant in Motosumiyoshi, Kawasaki. Now, with over two decades of experience, Nakamura’s extensive knowledge and skills extend beyond sushi, encompassing kaiseki, teppanyaki, robata, and more.
