Talisker
Taste the luxurious Ginza-born cocktails in the city of traditional Japanese culture.
Restaurant Details
Originally located in Ginza of Tokyo, Bar Talisker now calls Kyoto home. Kansai fans of this famous bar were elated by the news, while the Kanto regulars were devastated. Regardless of where it's based, Bar Talisker retains its alluring qualities, coming up with original, unique and experimental cocktails.
Seasonal mixes appear from time to time. For example, when it's in season, kumquat will be used quite abundantly as this ingredient takes over the seasonal menu. That's not to say the classics aren't any good though — Bar Talisker has exceptionally well-made martinis and gin tonics. If you're confused about what to get, nudge the bartender to seek his professional advice about which Bar Talisker drink is the best suit for you.
