Restaurant Details
This Michelin star-rated restaurant, located on the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, has welcomed gastronomes since July of 2021. The calming and luxurious salon and dining area interior highlight the restaurant’s blending of French themes and Japanese detailing. This marrying of French and Japanese elements is also exhibited in their stunning full-course meals.
SÉZANNE offers two different course menu options: the MENU DU JOUR and MENU SÉZANNE. Each course is thoughtfully planned, expertly crafted, and beautifully plated before arriving at your table. Black truffle, caviar, foie gras, and venison are a few components that can be enjoyed in this multi-course event. Those with a sweet tooth will be pleased that the course menus include desserts with classic ingredients and balanced flavors. Their meticulously curated champagne and wine selection are impressive, along with their in-restaurant homemade tea selection.
