Premium yakiniku dining from a name you can trust: one of Tokyo’s top beef-grilling brands.

Restaurant Details

Sato Briand is one of the most trusted names in yakiniku, with several branches which are all regularly booked up. The eponymous Sato-san trained for 10 years before going independent, and now presides over the most in-demand yakiniku shops in Japan.

This Asagaya branch maintains the same impeccably high standards as the main store, and serves the same mouthwatering menu of beef-based delights. This means gorgeous chunks of wagyu grilled right in front of you, with some dipped in sauce and served over rice.

As the name alludes, this company specializes in the rare chateaubriand cut at the center of the tenderloin. You won’t find a more tender or delicious cut anywhere else in town, with premium wagyu used for every one of their dishes.
