If the name has you imagining a Texan steakhouse where the waiters all wear spurs and Stetsons, think again. This is actually one of Nakameguro’s best Italian restaurants. Okay, so you weren’t totally off the mark: there is beef being grilled here, but it’s Italian-style, so you’ll be enjoying quality wine pairings with your meat, rather than bottles of Bud Light.

Since 2017, RODEO has been making a name for itself as the place to go to for quality charcoal-grilled wagyu and seafood. There’s also a standing bar section for a quick visit, where you can enjoy some small plates and drinks. If you want the full package though, be sure to book a table, as seats here can fill up fast around peak times.

The laidback and warm atmosphere makes RODEO somewhere you can catch up with some fellow carnivore friends, or a place to go relax with your partner.
