Pasta doesn’t come any fresher or tastier than at this Omotesando Italian restaurant, with two Michelin stars to its name.

※ Due to extreme popularity and a calendar that only opens sporadically, Prisma is particularly difficult to secure a reservation for. Please adjust expectations accordingly.

Down near the ultra-stylish Nezu Museum in the east of Omotesando is an Italian restaurant which specializes in high-quality homemade pasta.

Elegant simplicity is the concept on display here. Top-quality ingredients such as white truffles and caviar are combined with pasta and sauces in an omakase menu which features a range of small plates, allowing you to taste a dozen or so different dishes.

The dishes which won this restaurant its two Michelin stars include ravioli with tomato and cheese, tagliolini with mullet roe and ice fish, and classic desserts like tiramisu.

The large space offers a sense of privacy which isn’t available at many of the counter-based restaurants of Tokyo, making Prisma especially ideal for romantic occasions.
