Restaurant Details
Owned by chef Kenichi Nemoto, this picturesque restaurant has a clean neutral palette for its interiors.
The menu reflects the natural theme of the place with carefully-selected seafood and meat dishes cooked perfectly and joined lovingly with the ideal sauces, and the most vivid greens.
Conger eels with asparagus, hazelnuts, and a French cheese known as Gruyère de Comté is one of its star dishes. Kanure or Canelé, a French pastry with rum and a custard center, is also served as a dessert.
Other premiere dishes include Matsuzaka pork, Kurohana beef, and freshly-baked Pain de Campagne or French country bread. The meals are accompanied by thoughtfully-curated wine and tea pairings to complement each dish.
Manager Yuito Terashima, from the wine-producing region of Nagano, is an experienced sommelier and is in charge of choosing the perfect wine for every meal. The expertise and passion of the people who work at NéMo make dining at the enchanting establishment a true privilege!
