Reuniting masters of their craft, Restaurant L'aube is a result of the collaboration between chef Hideaki Imahashi, patissier Shoko Hirase, and sommelier Hiroshi Ishida. All with immense experience in their area of expertise, the creations served at this restaurant are nothing short of extraordinary.
Offering lunch and dinner courses, Imahashi concocts dishes that focus on Kamakura vegetables in remembrance of his past as a farming chef. Alongside the mains come fresh-from-the-oven loaves and delicate sweets crafted by the venerated Hirase. A collection of new and old wines selected by Ishida gently wash down the flavors of the mains.
Under the careful stewardship of three master craftsmen, Restaurant L'aube has undoubtedly become one of the best places to enjoy exceptional fusion cuisine in Japan.
