Their patties are all handmade using soy meat, stir-fried fresh onions, and lots of spices. They don’t use any additives. Their sauce is an original PanicBurger sauce, which contains stewed root vegetables, tomatoes, and wine. Salsa is also available, and you can choose the spiciness from 0 to 5.
Their signature menu item is a classic burger with either soy meat sauce or spicy salsa sauce (790 yen). They also have kari-kari (crunchy) wedge potatoes with garlic seasoning (290 yen). Vegan “beef” katsu (cutlet) burgers are also available (750 yen).
