Kizaki
Indulge in well-crafted sushi, handmade by a skilled chef with a renowned reputation.
Restaurant Details
Many recurring customers of this Kizaki are loyal to the one who opened this sushi restaurant. Chef-owner Hitoshi Kizaki came from a famous Michelin-starred restaurant, and when he opened his own humble eatery, many diners followed him.
All-time favorites from the former restaurant are still popular dishes at Kizaki, but also expect new and original creations by this skilled chef. Chef Kizaki and his wife make an incredible duo, with him manning the stove and his wife handling the wine pairing for the guests.
Kizaki's course menus open with a signature dish of hand-rolled sushi that's made with meat from the base of the head of a bluefin tuna. The brown sushi rice is seasoned with red vinegar, and it complements the fish and seafood perfectly. With a total of 15 nigiri altogether, Kizaki prices his course menus fairly affordably, so you won’t have to take out a second mortgage to enjoy the top quality sushi on offer here.
